Custom Task Management Engine for a Real Estate Firm

The Challenge

The firm managed complex, time-sensitive workflows across multiple departments using manual spreadsheets. Hundreds of isolated sheets made it nearly impossible to maintain a single source of truth: tasks were missed, historical data tracking became burdensome, and pending approvals were difficult to monitor. Upper management had no objective, data-backed way to evaluate individual or departmental efficiency, which hindered promotions and operational planning.

The Solution

We built a bespoke enterprise platform mirroring the organization's own hierarchy, from Management to HODs to Employees. A role-based access control system gives Super Admins, HODs, and Employees departmental autonomy with secure permissions, while an automated recurring task engine handles configurable schedules from daily to yearly frequencies without manual intervention. Proactive notifications alert staff via email and in-app for today's tasks, upcoming deadlines, and overdue actions, and an automated scoring algorithm generates monthly leaderboards for individual and departmental performance ranking.
